2024-2025 Registration

Attention 2023-2024 Hi-5 families, and incoming families for the 2024-2025 school year:

Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please fill out the 2024-2025 online registration form for your student to ensure we have the most up-to-date information on your student, emergency contacts, and health information.

If your student(s) has never attended Jenny Lind before, please provide a copy of a birth record, immunization records, and early childhood screening results to the front office. Our office is available to accept copies of these forms and final paperwork between 8-1 on Monday through Friday, or by appointment.

Filling out these registration forms both online and in person will ensure we will be properly prepared to care for and teach your student in the fall.
